EDRA STRENGTHENS ITS PRESENCE IN SPAIN WITH THE ACQUISITION OF LUZÁN 5

The leading company in developing knowledge of health and medicine acquires 51% of Madrid companies specializing in communication, consultancy, and training in the health sector. The third acquisition in Spain completes a center of scientific excellence already a leader in the veterinary and dental fields.

 


Madrid, 1 July 2021. EDRA has acquired 51% of Luzán5 Health Consulting, a Spanish communication, consulting, and training company in the health sector, consolidating the scientific activities in Spain and Latin America. The entry of EDRA allows Luzán 5 to access innovative solutions and technologies to develop its offer and enrich the skills of more than 60 professionals based in Madrid.
