LSWR Group acquires, through the controlled Quine,


The publishing branch of Fiera Milano Media S.p.A., the Fiera Milano Group's media company, will be transferred to the Group led by Giorgio Albonetti starting from 1 March.
With this acquisition, Quine completes its editorial proposal becoming the leader in the engineering sector

Milan, 27 January 2021 - New acquisition for LSWR Group, Italian leader in scientific and professional knowledge: Quine S.r.l., reference for the updating of technology companies and technical professionals such as engineers, technologists, IT specialists; from today, it expands the panorama of information and professional training by acquiring the "publishing" branch of Fiera Milano Media S.p.A., the media company of the Fiera Milano Group. Fiera Milano Media specialized in technical publishing, B2B communication, managerial training, and digital services: they move to Quine from 1st in March the specialized publications in the Industrial Automation, Mechanical, Electronics, ICT, and Ho.Re.Ca.

The entire asset of Fiera Milano Media magazines further extends the Group's activities led by Giorgio Albonetti, an Italian multinational company operating in professional knowledge with communication, information, training solutions, and services, as well as publisher of sixty newspapers. The acquisition also strengthens the professional area of the Group, which holds leadership positions in the health and medicine area with Edra S.p.A., legal-legal with La Tribuna S.r.l. and of engineering production with Quine S.r.l..
