GRUPO ASIS ACQUIRES THE veterinary BUSINESS UNIT LUZAN 5

On February 7, 2018, Grupo Asis Biomedia SL, part of the LSWR Group, has acquired the Business Unit veterinary Luzan 5, whose activities include training courses and leading magazines such as Canis and Felis y Equinus, relating to the training of clinical veterinarians of pets and horses.

Thanks to this agreement, Grupo Asís enters the segment of the periodic equine medicine and strengthens its presence in the veterinary sector of "small animals", expanding its portfolio of training courses and drafting the magazine which, thanks to its monographic content, contributes mostly to continuous training.

This agreement is the result of the commitment of Grupo Asís in the veterinary sector which currently publishes 7 periodicals, over 60 technical books a year and carries out more than 100 training courses. Through its communication and advertising agency, it also offers services to the main companies and institutions in the sector. The team consists of 85 employees and markets its products and services in over 60 countries.
